Conference Fees

Conference fees include admission to all scientific sessions, the publication of 1 paper, conference materials, coffee breaks and lunches, social events.
In order to have 1 paper published at least 1 registration fee has to be paid before february 24th.
PAYMENT METHODS
- Credit card (online payment via DotPay)
- Bank transfer (bank details are sent by email upon booking)
Proforma invoice is sent by email automatically after your order.
Once payment is completed, the invoice is automatically issued and sent by email.
CANCELLATION
Notification of registration cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Jordan Congress Bureau by email: ewa.bochenek@jordan.pl Please quote your transaction number (ID). Transaction number (ID) will be allocated during the reservation process.
REFUNDS
- Before 30.11.2022 – full fee amount is refundable minus handling fee 65 € / 300 PLN
- Between 01.12.2022 – 15.03.2023 – only 50% of fee amount is refundable minus handling fee 65 €/ 300 PLN
- After 16.03.2023 – payment is non-refundable
